Join us for our annual Open Community Art Show!
This year’s motif is “Bring on the Light!” Bring your piece inspired by light.
All ages/skills welcome. Drop-off Dec. 10-14 at Kenji’s. $5/entry donation to Kenji’s. This is a very lively event, and something you can invite friends & family to attend!
Another great quote for creatives:
“Do stuff. be clenched, curious. Not waiting for inspiration’s shove or society’s kiss on your forehead. Pay attention. It’s all about paying attention. attention is vitality. It connects you with others. It makes you eager. stay eager.”
― Susan Sontag
Keep an eye out for upcoming Holiday 2012 workshops!
Some past topics: heirloom felt ornaments, fresh & dried wreaths, collage cards, origami cards
We will also be hosting our Annual Community Art Show come December.
Here are some words that inspire us to keep pressing on, along this path called making art!
“Hold fast to dreams,
For if dreams die
Life is a broken-winged bird,
That cannot fly.”
― Langston Hughes
